Stratford Racecourse Rizzardo Leroy Brown

Two at Stratford upon Avon Racecourse today, both to be ridden by Sam Twiston-Davies.

2.50 - Rizzardo makes his chasing debut. He went well in a handicap hurdle to take second of13 at Market Rasen in March over 2m 7f, his best over timber. Drops back to 2m 1f here but has schooled well and the switch to fences should help and he looks to have place prospects here, though we would hope to go close.

4.50 - Leroy Brown won on his bumper debut at Worcester three weeks ago, helping with our 33% bumper strike rate of 3 from 9 so far this term. This looks a tougher assignment but with the experience of that first run behind him, he can find some more and looks sure to be thereabouts with another good run to come.
