Perth Racecourse & Bangor-on-Dee
2.05 - Luckofthedraw has been pulled up in his last two runs, but had previously been second and won at Carlisle. Those runs saw a rise of 9lbs to 134 which didn’t help of course, but 3lb back today may see him competitive again. Trip and ground fine, so hopeful of a return to form though still giving weight to all. Sam Twiston-Davies rides.
2.40 - Wicked Willy ran here over fences finishing 7th not really getting competitive, but takes his chance again returning to hurdles, which he won over at Kempton on his prior outing. Over a furlong shorter today over 2m 4f, hopefully has a good each way chance not withstanding his run yesterday. Sam aboard. NON RUNNER
4.45 - Guy makes his racecourse debut in the bumper over 2m and has shown some promise at home of good things to come. Meets some with experience but can go well and get amongst them. Sam in the saddle.
7.20 - We run two in this 3m 5+f handicap chase.
Angels Antics is still a maiden over fences after five runs but has shown positive signs in her last two runs when third on both occasions including here over 3m five weeks ago. Down 2lbs to 113 today and the step up in trip, must put her in with a chance and with Zac Baker taking off a further 5lbs, a good run expected.
Another Frontier has failed to complete in four from six chases this season but won on his seasonal debut and then was second, both at Uttoxeter. Usually runs in 3m plus races, but steps up to this trip for the first time. An outing over hurdles at Warwick last time saw a midfield finish, but may also have sharpened him a little. Mark has dropped from 123 to 113 in this time, 4lbs lower than the seasonal debut win. Can return to form, Jamie Bargary aboard.
7.50 - Vienna Court made a very pleasing bumper debut when runner up to a good sort at Chepstow five weeks ago and looks to have come on somewhat for that. She looks to have a bright future and can go close again today, though we would hope for better. Jamie rides and a good performance expected.
