Haydock Park, Huntingdon & Ascot Racecourse
1.15 - Good Boy Bobby - Returned to action and form with a good win at Bangor just over 3 weeks ago. Over 2m 1+f that day, he steps up in trip by a further 4f. Expected to stay this trip now and hopeful of going close with another good run. Daryl Jacob rides.
1.50 - Our Power - Returned to action with a creditable 6th of 19 at Cheltenham in October following an excellent win at Kempton from a mark of 130 in a good handicap over a similar trip of 2m 5f. That took him up to 136 for his festival run when a close up 6th and he retains that mark here. The seasonal debut will have put him right and the drop back 2f here won’t be a worry, so some improvement on that expected and looks to be good each way value. Sam Twiston-Davies in the saddle.
2.25 - We run two in this race.
- Wholestone - had a return at Wetherby after a good win at Cheltenham in November. In on 149 a couple of pounds will help and the Wetherby outing has brought him on, so an improved run expected and should go close. Daryl rides.
- Fauberg Rosetgri - just joined us from France but we have a good record from new recruits. Has a good record with 5 chase wins but could be well In here. Will go well, Sam Twiston-Davies aboard.
3.00 - Bristol De Mai - needs no introduction round this track, or indeed this race. A great record here, is as well as ever and must have another great chance, Daryl Jacob rides.
3.08 - Elmdale - Made his debut at Fakenham over 2m 4f going well until fading in the latter stages. Plenty more to come with that experience and a better run expected, can go close. Tom Bellamy rides.
3.50 - Top Of The Bill - Another promising recruit, with plenty to come whatever today. May need some time but in good order and can go well here. Mark Grant rides.
