Two to Doncaster and three to Newbury today.
12.30 - Little Pop had enjoyed a good run of form with three wins, two thirds and a second already this season, before pulling up last time at Ascot four weeks ago. From the same mark today of 125, he will be thereabouts if returning to anything like that sort of form, which we expect him to do. A good run to come, Zac Baker rides.
3.10 - Kingsplace makes his rules debut in the bumper having had a couple of points in Ireland, where he showed promise. With our bumper runners still going well, he’s another who has shown up nicely at home and should be capable of getting amongst them. Tom Humphries rides.
12.50 - Crievehill is up3lbs to 130 for his win at Lingfield a couple of weeks ago, a win he achieved despite appearing to run in snatches. Over a similar trip here, he can come on for that, what was only his second chase and go close. Jamie Bargary aboard.
2.25 - Jameson is another winner last time out, at Sandown in a novice handicap over today’s trip of 2m 4f. He’s up 10lbs for that but he too was having just his second chase and can find more for experience. Looks solid each way value, Jamie In the saddle.
3.00 - Wholestone has developed in to a good staying hurdler and following a good second at Wetherby four weeks ago over a similar 3m, steps up to meet some more leading players in this division. His rating has gone up 9lbs to 155 but we feel as a 6yo that there’s more to come and he can also be given a good each way chance. Daryl Jacob aboard.
