The final day of the Cheltenham Festival and we saddle four.
2.10 - Crievehill has had just four outings to date but has shown ability with a win at Lingfield then a highly creditable third to Neon Wolf at Haydock last time. That form reads well and likely to go well for the good ground, he could be very good each way value. A progressive sort, Jamie Bargary rides, claims 3lbs and a good run can be expected.
2.50 - Wholestone has won four from his five runs this season and been runner up In the other, including two course and distance wins. He comes to this in very good order, and though the two wins here were on soft, his other wins were on today's good surface. Looks to have a very good chance and can go close. Daryl Jacob in the saddle.
3.30 - The Gold Cup Bristol De Mai won easily at Haydock last time, cruising clear in good style. That was on soft ground and has done most of his racing on soft or heavy. He showed he can handle good on his only run on it and has been showing more improvement at the right time. His last run at Newbury when runner up saw him return lame but he's fine now, should go very well and can go close. Another good run expected, Daryl Jacob aboard and we're very hopeful.
4.50 - Ballyhill has had some tough assignments in his last few races, with a fifth spot behind subsequent Neptune winner Willoughby Court, then down the field on desperate ground in the Betfair at Newbury. Today's ground should see him in much better light and with trip to suit could run a big race at long odds. Jamie Bargary aboard in this conditionals race and a good run expected.
