The racing club has been very successful since inception in 2005, with three horses representing the club so far and providing members with a lot of fun! Wearing the colours of Grand National winner Earth Summit, two of the three have made the winners enclosure and the other managed a couple of places.
Ballyshan led the way, with 3 wins, 3 seconds and a third from 17 runs. Retired now under rules, he may be back as a pointer in due course.
Ace Of Clubs was next up and although not making the winners berth, did manage a runners up spot. Sadly, injury led to retirement of this talented horse and following recuperation, he has gone off to the dressage field.
Frontier Dancer is the current flag-bearer with currently 3 wins and a second from nine outings over hurdles. He may go novice chasing next season and has a bright future.
Frontier Spirit and Le Roi Max are two unraced geldings currently in Ireland for preparation and expected to come to Grange Hill Farm late this summer.
